Work has been miserable lately. It is not the job it is more the weather. I have a delivery job & spend about 5 hours a day in the car. It gets so lonely & boring. The real problem lately has been the heat. I am in the car usually between the hours of 10am -4pm (the exact time varies daily). That is the hottest part of the day. Lately it has been in the mid to upper 90's. I don't have air conditioning. By the time I finally get home all I want to do is take a shower & go to bed. It is also very dry here. The radio yesterday said that for the last 2 years we are almost 2 ft down on rainfall. Can't keep any of my plants alive with no rain. I had some nice fruits planted this year, but haven't been able to get much off the plants.
On a happier note, we did get plums off of our tree for the first time. They were sour or bitter, but my sweetie likes them anyway.
